Cash Package Plan Available
We are pleased to offer a package plan for the patients who do not have insurance. Currently, we have a plan available for pregnancy.
•Our pregnancy package includes all obstetrical office visits, 2 ultrasounds; 1 for dates/viability and 1 for 20 week anatomy and the delivery for $2200.00.
(Your doctor’s charge included in this fee is separate from charges for the hospital, anesthesia, lab work, etc. You will receive separate bills for services provided outside of our office.)
We also offer a 10% discount for patients who need to be seen for other visits related to OB/GYN. For more information or to schedule an appointment, please call the Gilbert office at 480-505-4475 or the Tempe office at 480-820-6657.
Method of Payment
Effective immediately we will no longer be accepting checks. We do accept Cash, Visa or MasterCard.

Our Nurse Practitioner, Amber Scrivner, has changed her schedule at Contemporary Care For Women. Amber will now be in our Tempe office on Mondays and Wednesdays, Thursday afternoons and all day on Fridays. She will be in the Gilbert office Tuesdays. You are welcome to see Amber at the office that is most convenient for you.
